88%
Response Rate
72%
Remission Rate
When Dr. Georgine Nanos developed the Kind One-Day TMS Protocol™, the results were remarkable: an 88% response rate and 72% remission rate. These powerful outcomes inspired us to keep measuring, learning, and advancing the approach. But outcomes don't happen by accident. They happen through rigorous oversight, personalized treatment design, and ongoing care.
The Kind One-Day TMS Protocol™ delivered outcomes worth measuring, and worth sharing. That's why we created the Outcomes Initiative.
What is the Outcomes Initiative
It's not just a study you're enrolled in. It's a care program you're part of. You'll receive the full Kind One-Day TMS Protocol™ experience, followed by 12 months of ongoing clinical support, personalized progress tracking, and additional treatment as needed.
Who it is for
This initiative is for people who are ready to take a proactive approach to their brain health. You may be looking to improve your mood, reduce anxiety or stress, feel more like yourself again, or simply explore a more personalized approach to care. You value physician-led treatment, measurable progress, and a care team that stays with you beyond treatment day.
The Program
Your 12-Month Program
Day 1
Treatment Day
Arrive in the morning and complete the full Kind One-Day TMS Protocol™ in a single day: 20 personalized TMS sessions with breaks in between, all under physician direction. Your treatment is tailored to you based on your comprehensive clinical evaluation, symptoms, and individual needs. Treatment is delivered using ExoMind®, an advanced TMS device that allows you to lie back comfortably while receiving precise, targeted brain stimulation. Throughout the day, your clinical team will oversee your care and support you every step of the way.
Leave in the evening with your full course complete, and 12 months of ongoing care ahead of you.
Weeks 1-4
Immediate Integration
The first few weeks are about giving your brain time to respond while staying closely connected with your care team. You'll have:
- Weekly check-ins to follow your progress and address any questions along the way
- Comprehensive, validated assessments that track progress across mood, anxiety, stress, trauma-related symptoms, sleep, and overall functioning
- Personalized guidance on what to expect as your brain responds and adjusts
- Medication review and discussion, when needed
Months 2-12
Ongoing Partnership
Your treatment day may happen in one day, but your care doesn't end there. Throughout the year, you'll have:
- Monthly progress assessments using validated tools to track changes across multiple areas of brain health and functioning
- Ongoing access to your clinical team for support, treatment guidance, and medication review and discussion when needed
- Unlimited follow-up TMS sessions based on your individual needs and response
- Ongoing review of your progress to help guide your care and any additional treatment
- A clear, measurable picture of your progress over time
Along the Way
What Progress Can Look Like
TMS is a noninvasive treatment that requires no anesthesia or medication and does not involve surgery or recovery time. As your brain responds to treatment, progress can take many forms, from subtle shifts to more meaningful changes in how you feel and function.
Weeks 1-2
Your brain is beginning to respond and adjust. Some people notice subtle changes early, while others may experience natural ups and downs as the brain responds and adapts, allowing new patterns of activity to begin taking shape.
Weeks 3-5
Small shifts may become easier to recognize. Feeling calmer, recovering from stress more easily, or noticing moments where things simply feel more manageable.
Weeks 6-12
Progress may become more noticeable across areas like mood, sleep, stress, emotional regulation, clarity, and overall functioning.
Ongoing
Your assessments and regular check-ins help us see the bigger picture, recognize meaningful changes, and follow your progress over time.
The Bigger Picture
Why Outcomes Matter
For You
You deserve to know how your care is working. Your assessments give you a clear, measurable picture of your progress over time, not just how you happen to feel on any given day. That information also helps your care team understand your response and guide your ongoing care.
For the Field
Your outcomes can help advance our understanding of accelerated TMS in real-world care. By consistently tracking progress, we can better understand what works, how people respond, and how care can continue to improve.
For the Future
Every outcome adds to a bigger picture. Using validated, standardized assessment tools allows us to build meaningful real-world evidence that can contribute to the future of accelerated TMS and help shape how brain care is delivered.
